1. International orders
All products made and sold on this website are distributed from the UK. If you are buying internationally then please check with your country's import regulations as to whether your order will be subject to additional import taxes or fees. In most cases these additional charges will need to be paid by the purchaser in order to release their order from customs.
2. Delivery
Mantis Tools are hand assembled and finished so they can take a little longer to send out orders than normal. We aim to send all Tool orders within 3 week maximum of the order date. Most orders are shipped within 5 working days.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in their original condition. Our return policy is 14 days from receipt of order. All returns postage need to be paid for by the customer. If you wish to return an item please email climb@mantis.tools with your order reference number and the reason for return. A refund can be issued minus original delivery charges.
4. Warranty
Mantis Tools are very robustly built and can take a lot of abuse but they're not indestructible. With your order you'll receive a short pamphlet outlining best practice uses for the tools and things you shouldn't do. If you follow these guidelines then your Mantis Tools will give you many hours of RADness. Mantis Tools are guaranteed for standard use for 1 year from purchase date.
